    Except, the way businesses used to be social (interact) was to command audiences. It is different now. I think the 2-way (or more) dialogue is the biggest challenge for brands today as they engage in this ‘new’ medium. But you’re still cute, Spike.

    You know there’s not a single descriptive word that could be placed in front of business that you wouldn’t skewer. BUT, I do think we add an adjective because there has been a significant change in folks’ expectations in commerce.
